What is AttendX?
AttendX is a secure attendance platform for students, teachers and admins using QR and session-code based attendance.
How do I mark attendance?
Select the subject, then scan the active QR or enter the valid session code during the session window.
What is a session code?
A secure code created for a specific attendance session. It expires when the session ends.
How long does an attendance session remain active?
Until the selected end time or until the teacher ends it manually.
Can I mark attendance twice?
No. Backend constraints prevent duplicate attendance for the same student and session.
Can I login from another device?
Student accounts are restricted to one active registered device unless an admin resets it.
What happens if my device changes?
You must contact the admin to reset your registered device.
How do I change my password?
Use Change Password inside your dashboard after login.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password on the login page and complete the secure reset flow.
How can I contact the administrator?
Use the Help section or the contact method shared by your organization.
